WHY ARE WE HERE?
If you are not familiar with the recent changes made to the police force in many areas, please listen to the following recording.
This audio is taken from a cassette tape sent to all residents of the neighborhoods the changes are happening in:
Recording was acquired by [REDACTED] from the following address: [REDACTED]
OUR MOTIVE
While their policy changes look good on paper, it is far from perfect. There are many bad people that have been eliminated from this method, but there are even more good people that have been eliminated as well.
Have you ever had a stressful day and had a moment where you thought ill of somebody or something, even for just a few seconds? If you would happen to be near one of those scanners during those few seconds, that will be the last thought you will ever have.
When we had a human police force, yes, mistakes were made... but not nearly as many mistakes as the scanners are making. The only difference is that if a scanner makes a mistake, nobody is to blame or is held accountable for the actions of the scanners.
As a result, they can say whatever they want about how things are going, and the population has no choice but to believe them.
THE FOLLOWING IS A TRANSMISSION SENT OUT TO EVERYBODY EACH NIGHT WITH THE TOP NEWS OF THE DAY: Date of this transmission: [redacted]
OUR PLAN
We are going to give them a taste of their own medicine. If they want to use machines for everything, so can we.
We do not want to send people out to destroy these machines. As a result, we created our own machines called Cyber Blades.
They are operated remotely and they contain incredibly high amounts of electricity... enough to replicate the frequencies the scanners are looking for. If there is a red scanner, our machines can produce a red frequency. If the scanner is blue, they can produce a blue frequency.
We can match the frequency of the scanner, drive our machines directly into them, overload their frequency with ours, and destroy them for good!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Cyber Blade machine will take an infrared scan of the area it is in. It will render an overhead view of the area and the scanners, and then upload it to the remote display connected to the controller. You can then control the Cyber Blade on the overhead view display and it will behave accordingly in the real world.
(Infrared scan from the Cyber Blade)
(Rendered overhead view on the display)
NOTE: THE CYBER BLADE MACHINES ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH BRAKES. THIS IS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE TRAVELING AT THE FASTEST SPEED POSSIBLE WHEN THEY COLLIDE WITH THE SCANNERS. IT WILL STOP WHEN IT HITS AN OBSTRUCTION.
OUR ENDGAME
Our ultimate goal is to locate the main server operating all of the scanners, destroy that, and cause a chain reaction that will deactivate all scanners. We will then make arrangements to set things right.
